摘  要:线结构光三维测量系统中,快速、准确地提取线结构光光条中心是整个系统能实时、精准地测量物体三维尺寸的重要基础。在总结分析现有光条中心提取方法后,提出了一种基于自适应窗口的灰度重心法,用于提取线结构光光条中心。该方法在保留灰度重心法优点的同时,克服了由噪声干扰和光照强度变化引起的窗口选取不当对灰度重心计算结果的影响,使精度与运行时间达到了一定的平衡。该方法首先对数字图像进行八邻域差值滤波、图像分割等预处理,然后选取部分点进行高斯曲线初步拟合,通过分析高斯曲线的能量分布情况确定有效窗口,最后利用灰度重心法计算光条中心位置。试验结果表明,改进的灰度重心法提取像素中心标准方差(0.54)低于传统灰度重心法的标准方差(2.01),能够更加准确地提取出线结构光光条中心。In the 3 D measurement system of line structured light,fast and accurate extraction of the stripe center of the line structured light is an important basis for the whole system to accurately measure the 3 D size of the object in real time.After summarizing and analyzing the existing methods of extracting stripe center,a grayscale centroid method based on adaptive window is proposed to extract the stripe center of the line structured light.While retaining the advantages of grayscale centroid method,this method overcomes the influence of improper window selection caused by noise interference and light intensity change on the calculation results of grayscale barycenter,and achieves a certain balance between accuracy and running time.Firstly,the digital image is preprocessed by eight neighborhood difference filtering and image segmentation.Secondly,some points are selected for initial fitting of Gaussian curveand the effective window is determined by analyzing the energy distribution of Gaussian curve.Finally,the center of light stripe is calculated by grayscale barycenter method.The experimental results showed that the standard variance(0.54) of the improved grayscale barycenter method is lower than that(2.01) of the traditional grayscale barycenter method and it can more accurately extract the center of outgoing structured light stripe.
