摘　　要：针对传统警察武力训练高风险、高成本和难控制的弊端,为提高警察武力执法的实战能力和执法水平,以虚拟仿真技术为基础,建立虚实融合、理论实践结合的警察武力执法虚拟仿真训练系统.采用“渐进式”教学模式,通过个性化与系统性相耦合设计,将模拟训练和考核评估相融合;通过分析模块的组合,实现武力执法工作的基础训练、判定和战术应用“三段式”武力训练框架,建立“教、学、练、战”一体实现训练模拟操作实例仿真分析表明:建立的警察武力执法实训平台具备了逼真性、风险可控和实施交互性,实现了复杂环境下的模拟实战训练考核,提升了实战能力和执法水平。In view of the disadvantages of traditional police force training at high risk,high cost and difficult to control,the virtual simulation training system for police force law enforcement is established based on virtual simulation technology to improve the actual combat ability and law enforcement level of police force law enforcement.Adopting the progressive teaching mode,and personalization and systematic design,a system platform of training simulation is built up.The force training framework," threestage",is established combining the simulation training and assessment.And then,the"teachi ng,learning,trai ning and warfare"integration mode is formed to realize the operation of training simulation.The example of simulation analysis shows that the training platform of the law enforcement by force for police possesses verisimilitude,risk controllability and implement interactivity is practicable.The police actual combat ability and law enforcement level are highly enhanced in the complex pressured environment.
