摘　　要：系统地梳理了我国两种教育制度产生的社会背景,分析了天津市成为全国试点城市后在职业教育办学体制、管理机制以及教学改革等方面所取得的成就,聚焦两种教育制度的概念内涵,提出在现时代对我国当前职业教育改革的启示和价值。this paper systematically elaborates the social background of the emergence of the two education systems in China,analyzes the achievements made by Tianjin in aspects of vocational education operation system,management mechanism and teaching reform after becoming a national pilot city,focuses on the concept connotation of the two education systems,and puts forward the enlightenment and value of the current vocational education reform in China.
