门诊治疗的糖尿病患者左腕脉搏波传导时间参考值的研究

摘　　要：目的研究门诊治疗的DM患者左腕脉搏波传导时间(PWTT)参考值,为心脑血管功能性障碍提供监测依据。方法选取2019年1~7月于解放军总医院海南分院门诊就诊的DM患者313例(DM组),另选取该院同期门诊就诊的非DM患者313例(Con组),采用智能腕表收集患者的左腕PWTT。结果DM组同年龄段不同性别间PWTT比较,差异无统计学意义。DM组PWTT小于Con组(P<0.05),DM组≥60岁患者PWTT小于30~60岁患者(P<0.05)。30~60岁DM患者左腕PWTT参考值范围91.0~95.0 ms,≥60岁DM患者左腕PWTT参考值范围85.8~89.8 ms。结论DM患者左腕PWTT不同性别无明显差异,不同年龄段有差异,需根据实际情况建立PWTT参考值,为预防后期出现心脑血管功能性障碍提供监测依据。ObjectiveTo establish a reference range of left wrist pulse wave transit time(PWTT)in patients with diabetes.Methods All the subjects in this study were enrolled from outpatients clinic in Hainan Branch of the Chinese PLA General Hospital from January to July 2019,and divided into two groups according to whether they had diabetes:DM group(n=313)and control group(n=313).A smart watch was used to collected the left wrist PWTT.Results There was no statistically significant difference of PWTT between different genders with the same age in DM group(P>0.05).PWTT was shorter in DM group than in Con group between 30~60 years old and≥60 years old(P<0.05).In DM group,PWTT was shorter in patients≥60 years old than in patients aged 30~60 years old(P<0.05).The normal reference value of PWTT was 91.0~95.0 ms for patients aged 30~60 years old,and 85.8~89.8 ms for patients≥60 years old.Conclusion There was no statistically significant difference of PWTT between different genders,but there were differences among different age groups.The reference should be established according to the actual situation to provide prevention and monitoring evidence for the occurrence of cardiovascular dysfunction in diabetes in the future.
