军校医学生压力与人际关系的相关性

摘　　要：目的:研究军校医学生在校期间的压力情况和人际交往情况,进一步探讨两者间的相关性。方法:采用大学生压力量表(SSCS)、人际关系综合诊断量表和自编的一般状况问卷对322名某军校医学生进行问卷调查。结果:①该军校医学生有6.83%存在高压力,压力程度较低;②人际关系困扰检出率为31.06%,总体水平较低;③大学生压力量表各维度及总分与人际关系综合诊断量表各维度及总分间相关显著(r=0.233~0.558,P<0.01);④多元回归分析发现,人际关系总分1个因子可以预测压力大小(R^2=0.277,P<0.01)。结论:军校医学生存在一定程度的压力和人际关系困扰,且压力与人际关系密切相关,人际关系对压力状况有显著影响,改善军校医学生的人际关系有助于减少其压力。Objective:To study the stress situation of military medical students during the period of school and interpersonal situation,further discuss the correlation between the two.Methods:A total of 330medical students of a military academy were surveyed by stress scale for college student(SSCS),interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnosis scale and self-designed general condition questionnaire.322valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 97.6%.Results:①6.83%of the medical students in this military school had high pressure pressure.②The detection rate of interpersonal distress was 31.06%,with a low overall level;③The dimensions and total scores of the college students'stress scale were significantly correlated with the dimensions and total scores of the interpersonal comprehensive diagnosis scale(r=0.233~0.558,P<0.01).④Multiple regression analysis found that 1factor of interpersonal relationship score could predict stress(R^2=0.277,P<0.01).Conclusion:Military medical academy exists in a certain degree of stress and interpersonal relationship disturbance,and stress is closely related to interpersonal relationship,interpersonal relationship has a significant impact on the stress situation,improving the interpersonal relationship of military medical college students is helpful to reduce their stress.
