在读研究生自杀态度现状及影响因素

摘　　要：目的:探讨在读研究生负性生活事件和社会支持对其自杀态度的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法对南昌市3所大学1437名在读研究生现场问卷调查,问卷内容包括一般资料、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和自杀态度问卷(QSA)。结果:①在读研究生对自杀行为态度(F1)、对自杀者态度(F2)、对自杀者家属态度(F3)和对安乐死态度(F4)总体上均为矛盾或中立;②性别、专业显著影响F1和F2(P<0.05),慢性病史显著影响F1和F3(P<0.01);③健康适应因子、其他因子、对支持利用度和社会支持总分对F1回归效应效应显著(P<0.05);客观支持对F2回归效应显著(P<0.001);其他因子、对支持利用度和社会支持总分对F3回归效应显著(P<0.05);其他因子和社会支持总分对F4回归效应显著(P<0.01);④社会支持在研究生负性生活事件与F1、F3和F4之间均起部分中介作用。结论:在读研究生自杀态度受性别、专业、慢性病史、负性生活事件和社会支持等多因素影响,负性生活事件既直接影响自杀态度,又通过社会支持间接影响自杀态度。Objective:To explore the influence of negative life events and social support on postgraduates'suicide attitudes.Methods:A total of 1437postgraduates were selected by convenience sampling method and investigated by Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List,Social Support Rating Scale and Suicide Attitude Questionnaire.Results:①The attitudes of postgraduates toward suicidal behavior(F1),suicides(F2),family members of suicide(F3)and euthanasia(F4)were neutral.②Both gender and major affected F1and F2(P<0.05).chronic medical history affected F1and F3(P<0.01).③Health adaptation factor,other factors,social support total score and support utilization had significant regression effect on F1(P<0.05);Objective support had significant regression effect on F2(P<0.001);Other factors,the total social support score and the utilization of support had significant regression effects on F3(P<0.05);Other factors and the total social support score had significant regression effects on F4(P<0.01).④Social support played a partial intermediary role between postgraduate negative life events and F1,F3,and F4.Conclusion:Suicide attitudes of graduate students are influenced by various factors such as gender,specialty,chronic medical history,negative life events and social support.Negative life events not only directly affect suicide attitudes,but also indirectly affect suicide attitudes through social support.
