摘  要:流体流动对连续管作业下入特性的影响不容忽视。为此,考虑连续管内、外流体导致的剪切力和流体附加管壁接触力,建立了连续管流体循环作业地面悬重计算模型,选取威202H2-3井作业数据对模型计算结果的可靠性进行验证,并运用该模型对连续管流体循环作业下入特性进行研究。研究结果表明:模型计算结果与威202H2-3井作业数据很接近,地面悬重随井深变化趋势具有一致性;连续管流体循环作业下入深度随钻压和摩擦因数的增加而减小;选择盐酸和柴油作为循环作业流体时,连续管流体循环作业下入深度可达到最大值和最小值;在使用相同的循环作业流体时,连续管流体循环作业下入深度随流体流量的增加而减小。研究结果可为连续管流体循环作业提供技术支撑。The influence of fluid flow on the RIH(run-in-hole)behavior of coiled tubing cannot be ignored.For this reason,considering the shear force caused by the fluid inside and outside the coiled tubing and the additional tube wall contact force of the fluid,a calculation model for the surface suspended weight of the coiled tubing under circulation operation is established.The Well Wei 202H2-3 is selected to verify the reliability of the model calculation results.The model is used to study the RIH behavior of coiled tubing under circulation operation.The study results show that the calculation results of the model are very close to the operation data of Well Wei 202H2-3.The surface suspended weight changes with the depth of the well is consistent with the operation data.The running depth of the coiled tubing under circulation operation decreases with the increase of the WOB and friction factor.When hydrochloric acid and diesel oil are used as circulating fluids,the running depth of the coiled tubing under fluid circulation can reach the maximum and minimum values.Given the same circulating fluid,the running depth of the coiled tubing under fluid circulation decreases with the increase of fluid flow.The study results can provide technical support for coiled tubing running under fluid circulation operations.
