摘  要:目前国内井下随钻堵漏旁通阀通常是通过井口投球方式控制旁通孔的打开和关闭,该工艺受工具结构限制,存在开关次数有限,对堵漏排量和泵压要求高,以及内径小影响其他工具通过等缺点。鉴于此,研制了基于射频识别(RFID)技术的井下智能随钻堵漏旁通阀。该旁通阀利用RFID识别系统接收信标携带的信号,判定识别结果,并将识别结果传递给中央处理器,由中央处理器指挥液压控制系统完成旁通孔的打开和关闭。井下智能随钻堵漏旁通阀可以实现无限次堵漏作业,开关孔动作对泵压变化不敏感,只需在信标通过旁通阀时适当降低排量,开阀开启后,后续作业对排量无要求,另外工具在开启和关闭状态下均能保证较大的内通径,不影响井下复杂条件下昂贵仪器打捞作业。该旁通阀在室内试验中,在排量2 m^3/min清水条件下,开关孔识别卡高速通过环形天线时读取效果良好,旁通阀开关正常,验证了识别效果和开关作业的可靠性。井下智能随钻堵漏旁通阀的研制成功为RFID技术在石油钻井领域的应用奠定了基础。The current domestic downhole plugging while drilling bypass valve usually controls the bypass hole by ball.This kind of tool is limited by the tool structure and has a limited number of switches,high displacement and pump pressure requirement and small inner diameter that affects the passage of other tools.In view of this,an intelligent downhole plugging while drilling bypass valve based on radio frequency identification(RFID)technology is developed.The bypass valve uses the RFID identification system to receive the signal carried by the beacon,determine the identification result,and transmit the identification result to the central processing unit,which instructs the hydraulic control system to complete the opening and closing of the bypass valve.The downhole intelligent plugging while drilling bypass valve can achieve unlimited plugging operations.The opening and closing hole action is not sensitive to changes in pump pressure.Appropriate displacement reduction is only needed when the beacon passes the bypass valve.After the valve is opened,the subsequent operations have no requirement on displacement.In addition,the tool can ensure a large inner diameter in both open and closed states,which does not affect the fishing operations of expensive instruments under complex conditions in the well.In the indoor test of the bypass valve,under the condition of 2 m^3/min clean water,the hole switch identification card has a good reading performance when it passes through the loop antenna at high speed,and the bypass valve switches normally,verifying the identification and the reliability of the switching operation.The successful development of the downhole intelligent plugging while drilling bypass valve has laid the foundation for the application of RFID technology in the field of oil drilling.
