摘  要:为了研究同井注采系统抽油机方卡子对光杆疲劳强度的影响机制,基于Von Mises准则及接触非线性理论,利用Workbench建立了悬绳器-方卡子-光杆整体三维有限元模型,分析了悬点载荷与方卡子预紧力复合作用下光杆应力分布状态,以及方卡子预紧力及安装误差对光杆应力的影响规律,同时利用古德曼图对其疲劳强度进行了分析。研究结果表明:在复合作用下,光杆应力最大值出现在方卡子与光杆接触位置的底部,且最大值变化趋势与悬点载荷变化趋势一致;方卡子螺栓的预紧力矩适用范围为200~350 N·m;悬绳器倾斜角度越大,光杆不对中度越大,光杆最大应力值越大;悬绳器倾斜极限角度为2.5°,悬绳器倾斜角度设置为极限角度时光杆不对中度疲劳断裂界限值为50 mm。研究成果可为同井注采系统抽油机现场安装施工提供参考。To study and analyze the influence mechanism of the square clamp of the pumping unit for the injection-production system on the fatigue strength of the polished rod,based on the Von Mises criterion and the contact nonlinear theory,a three-dimensional finite element model of the polished rod eye-square clamp-polished rod is established using Workbench.The stress distribution of the polished rod under the combined action of the polished rod load and the pre-tightening force of the square clamp are analyzed.The influence of the pre-tightening force and the installation error of the square clamp on the polished rod stress are studied.The fatigue strength of the polished rod is analyzed using the Goodman diagram.The research results show that under the combined action,the maximum stress of polished rod appears at the bottom of the contact position of the square clamp and polished rod.And the change trend of the maximum value is consistent with the change trend of the polished rod load.The applicable range of the pre-tightening torque of the square clamp bolt is 200~350 N·m.Larger tilt angle of the polished rod eye leads to larger misalignment of the polished rod,and larger maximum stress value of the polished rod.The limit tilt angle of the polished rod is 2.5°.Under the maximum tilt angle of the polished rod eye,the fatigue fracture limit of polished rod misalignment is 50 mm.The study results can provide references for the on-site installation and construction of pumping units of the injection-production system.
