摘  要:目前尚未见注入头整个夹紧区域内各夹持块载荷分布情况的系统性研究。为此,基于结构力学基本理论,建立了注入头夹紧系统力学模型,在考虑系统刚度和连续管残余弯曲变形的基础上,研究了注入头各夹持块载荷分布均匀性,并探讨了夹紧液缸间距、垫片刚度、推板厚度、连续管规格和弯曲半径等因素对载荷分布均匀性的影响。研究结果表明:不同夹紧力下,夹紧液缸间距对夹紧系统载荷分布均匀性的影响存在差异,建议夹紧液缸间距=推板总长度/夹紧液缸数量;夹紧系统载荷分布均匀性随垫片刚度和连续管规格的增大而降低,随推板厚度和连续管弯曲半径的增大而提高。研究结果可为注入头夹持长度确定以及链条滚轮轴承寿命核算等提供参考。There is no systematic study on the load distribution of the clamping blocks in the entire clamping area of the coiled tubing(CT)injector head.To address the problem,based on the basic theory of structural mechanics,a mechanical model of the injector clamping system is established.Considering the system stiffness and the residual bending deformation of the coiled tubing,the load distribution uniformity of each clamping block of the injector is studied.The influence of factors such as clamping hydraulic cylinder spacing,gasket stiffness,push plate thickness,coiled tubing specifications and bending radius on the uniformity of load distribution is analyzed.The research results show that:under different clamping forces,the effect of the clamping hydraulic cylinder spacing on the uniformity of the clamping system load distribution is different.It is recommended that the clamping hydraulic cylinder spacing=the total length of the push plate/the number of clamping hydraulic cylinders.The clamping system load distribution uniformity decreases with the gasket stiffness and coiled tubing specifications,and increases with the increase of push plate thickness and coiled tubing bending radius.
