高校图书馆面向大学生创新创业的竞争情报服务——基于大数据背景下

摘　　要：大数据时代,图书馆通过信息技术拓展新的业务渠道、开发新的业务内容、挖掘新的用户群体,从而实现转型和可持续发展。在此背景下,高校图书馆利用大数据的理念,采取获取、处理、分析并提供有用信息的方式,为大学生创新创业提供竞争情报服务。分析图书馆创业竞争情报服务需求与特点,基于图书馆竞争情报服务现状和存在的问题,通过建立专项信息库、完善创业情报馆员的配置及工作流程、拓宽服务渠道的方式,实现图书馆面向大学生创新创业的竞争情报服务路径。In the era of big data,libraries expand new business channels,develop new business contents and tap new user groups through information technology,thus realizing transformation and sustainable development.Under this background,university libraries use the concept of big data to process,analyze and provide useful information to provide competitive intelligence services for college students′innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the analysis of the requirements and characteristics of the competitive intelligence service of the library,as well as existing problems of the competitive intelligence service of the library,this paper puts forward the ways of establishing a special information base,perfecting the allocation and work flow of the librarians of the entrepreneurial intelligence,and broadening the service channels,so as to realize the competitive intelligence service path of the library for the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students.
