摘  要:随着新冠肺炎疫情对世界影响的范围扩大,人们对于红外测温枪的测温的精确度要求越来越高。为提高红外测温枪的测量精准度,达到快速准确测量人体体温的要求,本文综合分析测温距离、环境温度等对红外测温枪测温误差的影响,利用了问卷调查分析、不同身体部位(脖子、手腕、额头)及测温距离和不同的环境温度实测数据分析,并从辐射理论分析测温误差,同时对照水银体温计测温对红外测温枪测温产生的误差分析。研究结果表明:环境温度、测温距离和各种辐射因素的不同对测温结果有影响,环境温度相对越高、测温距离越小,物体的发射率越高,外界反射辐射越小,测温误差越小。研究结果可为疫情期间利用红外测温枪高效的测温提供了应急指导方案,并对红外测温枪的改良提供数据支撑及理论依据。With the expansion of novel coronavirus pneumonia's influence on the world,the accuracy of infrared thermometer's temperature measurement is increasingly demanding.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the infrared thermometer and meet the requirements of rapid and accurate measurement of human body temperature,using questionnaire survey analysis,different body parts(neck,wrist,forehead),temperature measurement distance and different environmental temperature measurement data analysis,and comparing with mercury thermometer,this paper comprehensively analyzes the influence of temperature measurement distance and environmental temperature on the temperature measurement errors of the infrared thermometer with radiation theory and compare the error of mercury thermometer temperature measurement to infrared thermometer temperature gun.The results show that the temperature measurement results are affected by the environmental temperature,temperature measurement distance and various radiation factors.The higher the environmental temperature and the smaller the temperature measurement distance is,the higher the emissivity of the object is,thus the smaller the error is.The research results can provide an emergency guidance scheme for high-efficiency temperature measurement by using infrared thermometer during the epidemic.And It also can be used as data support and theoretical basis for the improvement of infrared thermometer.
