摘 要:为研究NH3在参与CH4-空气爆炸中的阻尼作用,应用Chemkin软件,从反应动力学角度分析NH3对近上限浓度CH4-空气混合物爆炸的微观作用机制,结合气体爆炸极限试验装置,确定NH3影响近上限体积分数CH4的可燃极限、爆炸危险性及火焰特性参数。结果表明:随着NH3的加入,CH4的爆炸极限线性下降,其中爆炸上限显著降低,可燃范围略有下降,爆炸危险度以抛物线的趋势增加;火焰传播速率峰值约降至1/2,火焰传播总时间延长约1000 ms;加入NH3后,体系中CH4先参与反应,NH3之后快速参与反应掠夺CH4已解离出的·H、·OH,爆炸压力上升速率峰值时间延长;添加NH3能弱化爆炸过程中各反应步的重要程度,反应步155显著促进反应,反应步158抑制反应。In order to study damping effects of NH3in CH4-air explosion,microscopic mechanism of NH3on explosion of the mixture near upper limit volume fraction was analyzed from a perspective of reactionkinetics by using Chemkin software.Then,with the gas explosion limit test device,effects of NH3onflammability limit,explosion hazards and flame characteristic parameters of CH4were defined.The resultsshow that addition of NH3linearly decreases explosion limit of CH4,among which its explosion upper limitdecreases significantly,flammable range decreases slightly while explosion risk increases in a parabolictrend.Peak flame propagation rate decreases to about 1/2 of previous,and total propagation time isextended by about 1000 ms.After adding NH3,CH4participates in reaction first,and then NH3quicklyjoins it to plunder·H and·OH which have been dissociated from CH4,and peak time of explosionpressure rise rate is prolonged.What is more,adding NH3energy can weaken importance of each reactionstep in explosion process,and step 155 significantly promotes reaction while step158 inhibits it.
