摘 要:为提高就地燃烧(ISB)处理水面溢油的效率,基于外加装置增强火焰对油层热反馈的机制,设计一种十字插板装置提高水面溢油池火燃烧效率(BE),开展试验,研究不同油池直径下十字插板高度对水面溢油池火燃烧特征的影响。结果表明:当十字插板高度相对于油池直径较小时,插板不能对水面溢油池火的燃烧起到促进作用;随着十字插板高度的增加,插板接受大量火焰热量并将其经由插板传递给油层,水面溢油池火的燃烧速率和BE提高。当插板高度与油池直径比为1∶2时,BE达到最大值。进一步增加装置高度,较高的插板装置增加油池对空气的散热,反而使得BE下降。In order to improve ISB cleaning up efficiency of spilled oil on water,a cruciform plate device was designed to improve BE of oil spill fire based on mechanism of external device’s enhancement of flame’s heat feedback on oil layer.Then,influences of cruciform plates’height on fire characteristics of spilled oil under different oil pool diameters were studied through a series of experiments.The results show that when plate height is smaller than diameter of oil pool,cruciform plate cannot help improve combustion efficiency.And as its height increases,it receives a large amount of flame heat and transfers that to oil layer,thus improving burning rate and efficiency of pool fire.When the height is at a ratio of 1∶2 with pool diameter,BE will reach its maximum value.But while device height continues to rise,it increases heat dissipation of oil pool to air,which instead reduces BE.
