摘　　要：目的建立快速检测全血及尿样中多种抗凝血鼠药残留的超高效液相色谱/串联质谱法。方法对全血及尿样中的抗凝血鼠药组分,采用乙腈沉淀蛋白提取,加水稀释后,经液相色谱分离,三重四级杆串联质谱仪多反应监测模式检测,通过基质匹配外标法进行定量。结果 10种抗凝血鼠药线性良好,相关系数均>0.99,样品加标回收率在79.0%~108.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.1%~9.8%。结论建立的方法前处理简便、快速,准确度和灵敏度高,适用于突发疑似鼠药中毒事件患者血样及尿样抗凝血鼠药残留的快速检测。Objective To establish a fast UPLC/MS/MS method for determination of multiple anticoagulant rodenticides in whole blood and urine samples.Methods Anticoagulant rodenticides in whole blood and urine samples were extracted with acetonitrile after protein precipitation.After dilution,anticoagulant rodenticides were separated by ultra high performance liquid chromatography and determined by multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode of triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer.Matrix matched external standard method was employed for quantitative analysis.Results The method showed good linearity for 10 anticoagulant rodenticides.The coefficients were all above 0.99.The spiked average recoveries were ranged from 79.0%to 108.0%,with relative standard deviation(RSD)varied from 1.1% to 9.8%.Conclusion The established method was simple,rapid,with high sensitivity and accuracy,which make it suitable for the determination of anticoagulant rodenticides in blood and urine samples in suspected rodenticides caused poisoning event.
