摘 要:某商业区城市综合体西塔北立面6~8层的空中四合院导致上方竖向构件不连续,为实现建筑立面效果,从8层顶至13层顶设置了42m跨6层叠层空腹桁架。结构设计时,结合建筑立面幕墙分格要求,对比研究了多个结构方案、多种材料、多种布置方式等,并针对桁架关键节点连接做法采用ABAQUS进行了有限元分析。施工阶段,采用SAP2000针对多个施工方案进行了全过程施工模拟分析,得到了施工过程中不同阶段下的杆件内力、变形等数据,对施工方案提出了关键控制要求。结果表明,叠层空腹桁架受力均匀,整体性和抗震性好,能满足建筑及结构需求;采用相邻两层组合形成三组单层空腹桁架的"叠层"施工方案,避免了逐层施工时弦杆在整体桁架形成前受力较大、与一次性加载的杆件内力和变形有很大差异的弊端。The 6~8 storey sky courtyard in the north elevation of the west tower of an urban complex in a commercial area caused discontinuity in the vertical members above, and in order to achieve the effect of the building elevation, 42 m span 6 storey laminated vierendeel trusses were installed from the top of 8 storeys to the top of 13 storeys. In the structural design, multiple structural solutions, multiple materials and multiple arrangement methods were compared and studied in conjunction with the requirements of the building fa9 ade curtain wall grid, and ABAQUS was used to conduct finite element analysis for the connection of key truss nodes. At the construction stage, SAP2000 was used to carry out the whole process construction simulation analysis for a number of construction schemes, and the data on the internal force and deformation of the rods at different stages of the construction process were obtained, which put forward the key control requirements for the construction schemes. The results show that the laminated vierendeel truss can meet the architectural and structural requirements with its uniform force, good integrity and seismic resistance. The "laminated" construction scheme, in which two adjacent layers are combined to form three single-layer laminated vierendeel truss, avoids the disadvantages of the large force on the chord bar before the whole truss is formed and the great difference between the internal force and deformation of the one-time loading rod.
