摘 要:新型环氧树脂混凝土采用特定配合比和工艺生产,其强度高、抗裂性好,还具有很强的耐磨性、耐水性、耐腐蚀性及防火、抗冻性等,作为一种新型建筑材料近年来得到重视和发展。通过轴拉试验对新型环氧树脂混凝土进行材料抗拉性能与轴拉构件受力性能的研究,确定了采用特定配合比和工艺生产的新型环氧树脂混凝土轴心受拉构件的力学性能参数,完善了新型环氧树脂混凝土作为结构构件的受拉破坏机理和设计理论基础,为进一步研究和推广应用提供了有力的支持。The new epoxy resin concrete is produced by a specific mixing ratio and process,which has high strength and good crack resistance. It also has strong wear resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, fire resistance and frost resistance, etc. As a new type of building materials, attention has been paid and developed in recent years. Through the axial tensile test,the tensile properties of the new epoxy resin concrete and the mechanical properties of the axial tensile members were studied,and the mechanical performance parameters of the new epoxy resin concrete axial tension members produced by specific mixing ratio and process were determined, which improved the tensile failure mechanism and design theory basis of new epoxy resin concrete as a structural member, and provided strong support for further research and application.
