大城市边缘区乡村绅士化过程及其机制研究——以武汉大李村为例

摘　　要：基于对欧美国家乡村绅士化现象的梳理,以武汉市大李村为案例地,采用文本分析、深度访谈、观察标图等方法,对大李村乡村绅士化的演化过程、特征和发展机制进行深刻分析。研究发现,大李村绅士化演化过程总体可分为缓慢发展、快速发展、升级发展三个阶段。在此过程中,大李村的人口结构、经济发展、物质景观、乡村空间以及地域文化均呈现出新的特征,与欧美国家乡村绅士化现象相比存在较大差异,表明武汉乡村绅士化现象具有独特的发展机制。其中"后工业"社会转型的大背景、绅士阶层的需求以及乡村发展的内需推动了大李村绅士化的发展,而行政力量的介入以及各阶层间复杂的经济关系则使大李村绅士化发展更为复杂。Based on research on gentrification in the villages of European and American countries,this paper uses Dali Village in Wuhan as a case study to deeply analyze the evolution,characteristics and development mechanism of gentrification in Dali Village using methods such as text analysis,in-depth interviews and et al.The study found that the evolution of gentrification in Dali Village can be divided into three stages:slow development,rapid development,and upgrading development.In this process,the demographic structure,economic development,physical landscape,rural space and regional culture of Dali Village showed new characteristics,which were quite different from those of gentrification in European and American countries,indicating that gentrification in Wuhan has a unique development mechanism.In particular,the transformation of post-industrial society,the needs of the gentleman class,and the domestic demand for rural development drove the development of gentrification in Dalit Village,which was further complicated by the intervention of administrative forces and the complex economic relations between different classes.
