摘  要:针对双伸缩液压支架立柱初撑力不足的问题,以某厂生产的500 mm双伸缩立柱为研究对象,采用有限单元法,对立柱的初撑过程进行了仿真分析,得出了缸筒腔内压强的变化规律。分析结果表明,立柱在进行主动初撑时,先升中缸再升活柱的升柱顺序是造成其初撑力达不到额定初撑力的根本原因,导向套承担了大部分来自底缸的力,并且在底缸进液口附近存在应力集中现象。根据分析结论,进一步探究了底缸进液口处的应力集中对立柱加载的影响,提出了改进措施,为双伸缩立柱的安全设计提供了参考。Aiming at the problem of insufficient prop initial support force of double telescopic hydraulic supports,taking 500 double telescopic props produced by a factory as the research object,the finite element method is used to simulate and analyze the prop initial support process,and the pressure variation law in the cylinder cavity is drawn.The analysis results show that when prop performs active initial bracing,the lifting column sequence of lifting the middle cylinder first and then lifting the live column is the fundamental reason that the initial supporting force cannot reach the rated initial supporting force.The guide bush bears most of the force from the bottom cylinder,and there is stress concentration near the liquid inlet of the bottom cylinder.According to the conclusion of the analysis,the effect of the stress concentration at the liquid inlet of the bottom cylinder on the prop loading is further explored,and improvement measures are proposed to provide a reference for the safety design of the double-telescopic prop.
