摘  要:根据异型散热器工件的结构特点和几何尺寸等工艺要求,设计应用在数控加工中心上对工件进行钻孔、攻丝的专用夹具。针对夹具结构、定位方式、夹紧装置等夹具的设计过程与应用方面进行论述。专用夹具设计的实现,解决了工件定位和夹紧难题,有效保证了工件加工质量要求,大幅度提高了生产效率,特别适应大批量生产。According to the structural characteristics and geometric dimensions of the special-shaped radiator workpiece,a special fixture for drilling and tapping the workpiece in the NC machining center is designed.The design process and application of fixture such as fixture structure,positioning mode and clamping device are discussed.The realization of the special fixture design solves the difficult problem of workpiece positioning and clamping,effectively guarantees the quality of workpiece processing,greatly improves production efficiency,and is especially suitable for mass production.
