摘 要:针对拉铆连接工艺工作强度高、工艺消耗大且不宜自动化生产等问题,基于TOX铆接工艺开发设计了一套适用于打印机钣金件的无铆钉自动铆压装置。详细介绍了TOX自动铆压装置总体方案、送料机构与龙门式双铆压机构。该装置以PLC为控制系统核心,控制回转气缸夹紧与松开实现钣金件的装夹,控制伺服电动机运动实现铆接点位置的精确控制,控制气液增压缸实现TOX模具的合模与加压。实验研究了加压压力与铆接强度关系,优化工艺参数确保铆接强度达到要求,同时通过分析底厚X数据给出评估铆接强度的X值范围,便于大批量生产的无损检测。无铆钉自动铆压机的研发保证了连接强度,缩短加工时间,提高了加工效率,降低了生产费用。Aiming at the problems of high working strength,large process consumption and unsuitable automation production of the riveting connection process,a set of automatic rivet-free rivet pressing device suitable for printer sheet metal parts is developed based on the TOX riveting process.The overall scheme of TOX automatic riveting device,feeding mechanism and gantry double riveting mechanism are introduced.The device uses PLC as the core of the control system,controls the clamping and loosening of the rotary cylinder to achieve the clamping of sheet metal parts,controls the movement of the servo motor to achieve the precise control of the position of the riveting point,and controls the gas-liquid pressurized cylinder to achieve the clamping and pressurization.The relationship between pressurization pressure and riveting strength is studied experimentally.The process parameters are optimized to ensure that the riveting strength met the requirements.At the same time,the X value range for evaluating the riveting strength is given by analyzing the bottom thickness X data,which is convenient for nondestructive testing of mass production.The research and development of rivet-free automatic riveting press guarantees connection strength,shortens processing time,improves processing efficiency,and reduces production costs.
