摘　　要：将悬臂式斗轮堆取料机原有销轮销齿传动方式的斗轮机构整体拆除后,对前臂架头部结构做相应改制,更换成全新的行星传动形式的斗轮机构。着重介绍了改造前后斗轮结构和功能的比较,并通过对斗轮改造方案的分析,简要介绍此类改造工程中遇到的问题和需要注意的事项,为同类产品的设计、计算提供一定的参考与借鉴。The boom bucket wheel machine is technically transformed.After dismantling the original bucket wheel mechanism with pin-wheel pin-tooth transmission,the forearm head structure is modified accordingly,a new planetary transmission type bucket wheel mechanism is applied.The production capacity of the bucket wheel mechanism is improved.The structure and function of the bucket wheel before and after the transformation are compared,and the bucket wheel transformation plan is analyzed.The problems encountered in this type of transformation project and the matters needing attention are introduced to provide certain reference and calculation for the design and calculation of similar products.
