静电场中边界条件对场强的影响研究

摘  要:在高压直流断路器的结构设计中,整个设备中的场强大小和分布至关重要。在设计前期,利用仿真软件Ansoft对结构场强进行分析,发现边界条件的设置不同时,仿真结果不同。为了研究默认边界条件和实体边界条件两种情况下场强的不同之处,分别在两种情况下对高压直流断路器的屏蔽罩进行了电场强度的仿真分析。结果表明,在边界条件设置为实体边界时,电场强度的最大值较大,但两种情况下的最大场强分布位置基本相同。因此,在利用Ansoft仿真时,建议根据现场情况,边界条件设置为实体边界条件。In the structural design of high-voltage DC circuit breakers,the size and distribution of the field strength in the entire equipment are crucial.In the early stage of the design,the simulation software Ansoft is used to analyze the structural field strength,and it is found that the simulation results are different when the boundary conditions are set differently.In order to study the difference of the field strength between the default boundary condition and the physical boundary condition,the electric field strength of the shield of the HVDC breaker is simulated and analyzed under two cases.The results show that when the boundary condition is set to the physical boundary,the maximum value of the electric field strength is larger,but the location of the maximum field strength distribution is basically the same in both cases.Therefore,when using Ansoft simulation,it is reco mmended to set the boundary conditions as solid boundary conditions according to the site conditions.
