摘　　要：重庆江口水电站3号机组轴承一直存在甩油、渗油、油雾泄漏现象,对机组的安全运行造成隐患。通过分析原因,在3号机组A修过程中采用了接触式油槽密封盖进行处理,彻底解决了机组轴承甩油、渗油及油雾泄漏的长期困扰问题,保证了机组的安全运行。Oil dumping,oil seepage and oil mist leakage occurs in No.3 unit bearing of Chongqing Jiangkou hydropower station,and causes hidden danger to the safe operation of the unit.Through the causes analysis,the contact oil groove seal cover is adopted in the A-repair process of No.3 unit,which completely solves the long-term problems of oil dump,oil seepage and oil mist leakage of the unit bearing,and ensures the safe operation of the unit.
