摘  要:目的研究左旋甲状腺素治疗原发性甲减患者对血脂、心肌酶谱及体成分的影响。方法选取本院2018年4月至2019年5月收治的原发性甲减患者90例,以随机数字表达法分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者应用甲状腺片,研究组患者给予左旋甲状腺素片,比较两组患者血脂、心肌酶谱及体成分变化情况。结果研究组TG、TC、LDL-C等血脂水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),AST、LDH、CK、HBDH等心肌酶谱均低于对照组(P<0.05),且W、BMI、FAT%、FM等体成分指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左旋甲状腺素治疗原发性甲减能显著降低患者血脂水平,改善患者心肌酶谱,调节患者体成分,疗效显著。Objective To study the effects of L-thyroxine on blood lipid,myocardial enzymes and body composition in patients with primary hypothyroidism.Methods 90 patients with primary hypothyroidism admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given thyroid tablets,while those in the study group were given L-thyroxine tablets.The changes of blood lipid,Myocardial Zymogram and body composition were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of serum lipids such as TG,TC,LDL-C in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of myocardial enzymes such as AST,LDH,CK and HBDH in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of W,BMI,FAT and FM in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion L-thyroxine treatment of primary hypothyroidism can significantly reduce blood lipid levels,improve myocardial enzymes,regulate the body composition of patients,the effect is significant.
