摘 要:在采用液态铅铋合金(Lead Bismuth Eutectic,LBE)冷却的未来先进核能系统中,合理控制LBE中的溶解氧浓度可以有效抑制结构材料的腐蚀,用于测量氧浓度的传感器尤为重要。目前已有的Bi/Bi2O3型、Pt/air型等铅铋合金氧传感器受参比电极限制,或测量温区有限、或结构稳定性较差,需要通过筛选新的参比电极以解决这些问题。本文以采用Cu/Cu2O参比电极的LBE氧传感器为研究对象,针对该类参比电极的适用温区、测量稳定性、响应特性及准确性进行了评价。结果表明:采用Cu/Cu2O参比电极的LBE氧传感器可实现在225~500℃温区下的氧浓度测量,信号稳定,响应速度较慢,装有不同Cu:Cu2O成分配比参比电极的氧传感器测量信号校正后误差均小于3.2%。[Background]In the future advanced nuclear energy system cooled by liquid lead-bismuth alloy(LBE),the corrosion of structural materials can be effectively restrained by controlling the concentration of dissolved oxygen in LBE.Sensor for measuring oxygen concentration is very important for on-line monitoring and control of oxygen in LBE.However the existing Bi/Bi2O3 and Pt/air oxygen sensors are limited by the reference electrode,or the measurement temperature range is limited,or the structure stability is poor,so it is necessary to select new reference electrode to solve these problems.[Purpose]This study aims to improve the performance of the existing oxygen sensors and test the performance of a new oxygen sensor using Cu/Cu2O as the reference electrode.[Methods]Step cooling experiments were carried out in LBE for both the oxygen sensor test and device calibration.The applicable temperature range,measurement stability and response characteristics of Cu/Cu2O were evaluated.The electromotive force(EMF)signals were calibrated according to the theoretical data whilst the accuracy of this new oxygen sensor with different mass ratio of reference electrode were tested through the calibration experiment.[Results&Conclusions]Experimental results show that the oxygen sensor with Cu/Cu2O reference electrode is applicable for LBE to measure oxygen concentration in the temperature range of 225℃ to 500℃.The EMF signal of this sensor is stable and repeatable while the response speed is slightly slow.There is no obvious difference in the calibration signal among oxygen sensors with different reference mass ratios,and the error of the measured signals of all sensors after calibration is less than 3.2%.
