摘　　要：北京市在《农药经营许可管理办法》的实施过程中,遇到一些具体问题,通过积极研究和实践,找到了解决这些问题的方法,提出了解决问题的建议,使农药经营许可制度得到有效落实,对提升农药经营单位软硬件条件和规范农药市场秩序发挥了积极作用。Some specific problems were encountered in the implementation of the Administration Measures of Pesticide Business License in Beijing.Through active research and practice,the methods were found and some suggestions were put forward to solve these problems,which effectively promoted the implementation of pesticide business licensing system,and played a positive role in improving the software and hardware conditions of pesticide business units and standardizing the pesticide market order in Beijing.
