摘  要:利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜与拉伸试验机,研究了变质温度对Al-5Ti-1B和Ce细化变质的ZL114合金显微组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:变质温度升高,α-Al晶粒先减小后增大,共晶硅分布逐渐均匀,团聚程度减弱;断口表面块状共晶硅和撕裂棱数量先减少后增多,断裂方式始终为脆性断裂;抗拉强度和延伸率先增加后降低,变质温度为720℃时,抗拉强度和延伸率达到最大值,分别为176.3 MPa和5.76%。By the use of metallurgical microscope,scanning electron microscope and tensile testing machine,this paper studies the effects of modification temperature on as-cast microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL114 alloy refined by Al-5Ti-1B and Ce.The results show that with the increase of modification temperature,the size ofα-Al decreases at first and then increases,the distribution of eutectic silicon is uniform gradually and the degree of agglomeration is weakened.The number of massive eutectic silicon and tearing edges on the fracture surface decreases at first and then increases and the fracture is always brittle.The tensile strength and elongation increase at first and then decrease.When modification temperature is 720℃,the tensile strength and elongation reach the maximum value of 176.3 MPa and 5.76%,respectively.
