浅孔留矿采矿法在齐家沟矿的应用

摘　　要：矿山行业高效安全的采矿方法是矿山的关键,一个合理的采矿方法的应用,给矿山生产工作创造极大的效益。浅孔留矿采矿法作为一项安全可靠、应用技术成熟的采矿技术方法,在齐家沟矿应用以来效果显著,采矿效率、采矿安全性、矿石回采率都有了保障。本文以齐家沟矿某矿块为例,介绍了无底柱浅孔留矿采矿法的采矿工艺流程,对其中的选择依据、切割工程、凿岩工艺、通风工作、采空区及矿柱的处理、经济效益指标等几个方面进行介绍和总结。Efficient and safe mining methods in the mining industry are the key to mines.The application of a reasonable mining method creates great benefits for mine production.As a safe and reliable mining method with mature application technology,the shallow hole retention mining method has achieved remarkable results since its application in Qijiagou Mine.The mining efficiency,mining safety,and ore recovery rate are guaranteed.This article takes a ore block in Qijiagou Mine as an example,introduces the mining process of the sillless shallow hole retaining mining method,the selection basis,cutting engineering,rock drilling technology,ventilation work,goaf and ore pillars Introduce and summarize several aspects such as the treatment and economic benefit indicators.
