摘  要:为有效提升豆粕胶黏剂中防霉剂与交联剂兼容性,在保证交联剂性能不变的前提下有效提升豆粕胶黏剂防霉性能,提出了通过接枝反应将具有防霉性能的三唑官能团引入水性环氧聚合物(交联剂)分子结构中,并与微量水溶性防霉剂复合,制备兼具胶合性和防霉性的交联剂。对合成产物分子结构及防霉体系性能检测,结果表明:三唑基团可有效接枝到水性环氧聚合物分子结构中,合成产物与微量水溶性防霉剂复合可达到理想的防霉效果;当新型交联剂用量为4.5%时,豆粕胶黏剂胶合强度为0.78 MPa,满足国家标准GB/T9846—2015规定的Ⅱ类胶合板要求。Soybean meal adhesive is easily harmed by mildew,and therefore requires not only excellent bonding strength,but also stable mildew-esistance.However,the poor compatibility of mildew preventives with the cross-linking agent makes it hard to improve the mold inhibition of soybean meal adhesive without harming the performance of the cross-linking agent.In this study,a triazole group was introduced into the waterborne epoxy polymer through graft reaction.The product was compounded with a small quantity of water-soluble anti-mildew agents to prepare the crosslinking system with ideal mildew resistance and increased bonding strength.Our results show that the triazole group could be grafted into the structure of the waterborne epoxy polymer.The bonding strength of the prepared plywood reached 0.78 MPa when the dosage of new cross-linking agent was 4.5%,which met the national standard for typeⅡplywood.
