摘  要:本文利用激光打印技术开发了一种纸基微流控芯片的批量制作方法,将微流控图形用办公激光打印机打印在滤纸上,经热固化处理,墨粉中的聚合物可渗入滤纸形成疏水区。基于该制作方法,设计比色-电化学双模式检测平台,同时检测总铬和双酚A。通过比色法实现铬离子检测,颜色强度与铬浓度的对数呈现良好的线性关系。使用线性扫描伏安法检测双酚A,氧化峰值大小与双酚A的浓度呈良好的线性关系,应用该方法对塑料样品中总铬和双酚A同时进行检测,其结果与传统方法的测定值一致。This paper uses laser printing technology to develop a paper-based microfluidic chip batch production method.The microfluidic graphics are printed on filter paper with an office laser printer.After thermal curing,the polymer in the toner can penetrate the filter paper to form a hydrophobic area.Based on this manufacturing method,a colorimetric-electrochemical dual-mode detection platform is designed to simultaneously detect total chromium and bisphenol A.Chromium ion detection is realized by colorimetry,and the color intensity and the logarithm of chromium concentration show a good linear relationship.Using linear sweep voltammetry to detect bisphenol A,the oxidation peak size has a good linear relationship with the concentration of bisphenol A.This method is used to simultaneously detect total chromium and bisphenol A in plastic samples,and the results are consistent with the measured values of traditional methods.
