摘　　要：为了解铁岭市城乡活禽市场外环境中禽流感病毒的流行特点和趋势,为禽流感预防提供依据。本文采集了2016—2017年铁岭市7个县(市、区)城乡活禽市场市场外环境检测样本254份,采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法进行A型流感病毒核酸检测,对A型流感病毒阳性样本进行H5、H7、H9亚型分型。结果显示,254份市场外环境样本中,A型流感病毒阳性样本46份,阳性率为18.11%;其中,H5亚型样本10份,阳性率为3.94%;H9亚型样本36份,阳性率为14.17%;未检出H7亚型;银州区活禽市场禽流感病毒阳性率高于其他县(市、区)。2016—2017年,铁岭市城乡活禽市场外环境中存在致病性禽流感传播风险,禽流感病毒主要为H5和H9亚型,应加强城乡活禽市场尤其是银州区活禽市场的管控。In order to understand the epidemic characteristics and trends of avian influenza viruses in the environment outside the urban and rural live poultry markets in Tieling,and provide a basis for avian influenza prevention,this paper collects 254 samples of avian influenza external environment monitoring in urban and rural live poultry markets in 7 counties(cities,districts)of Tieling from 2016 to 2017.Real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR method is used to detect the nucleic acid of influenza A virus,and influenza A virus positive samples are classified into H5,H7,and H9 subtypes.The results show that among the 254 avian influenza external environment samples,46 are influenza A virus positive samples,with a positive rate of 18.11%;10 samples of H5 subtype,with a positive rate of 3.94%;36 samples of H9 subtype,with a positive rate of 14.17%;no H7 subtype is detected;the positive rate of avian influenza virus in the live poultry market of Yinzhou district is higher than other counties(cities,districts).From 2016 to 2017,there is a risk of transmission of pathogenic avian influenza in the environment outside the urban and rural live poultry markets of Tieling.The avian influenza viruses are mainly H5 and H9 subtypes.The control of urban and rural live poultry markets,especially the live poultry markets in Yinzhou should be strengthened.
