摘 要:本文主要围绕高效液相色谱法测定红霉素肠溶片中的红霉素含量进行分析。试验结果显示,红霉素肠溶片在高效液相色谱中的线性范围较好,红霉素在红霉素肠溶片药物中的浓度大约为120~280μg/mL,且平均添加样本回收率为100.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.12%。由此可知,使用高效液相色谱对红霉素肠溶片中红霉素的含量进行检测,具有简单、便捷、检测速度快等优势,值得应用于临床检测中。This paper focuses on the analysis of the actual amount of erythromycin contained in erythromycin enteric-coated tablets by high performance liquid chromatography.Experimental research results show that erythromycin enteric-coated tablets have a good linear range in high performance liquid chromatography.The concentration of erythromycin in erythromycin enteric-coated tablets is about 120~280μg/mL,and the average recovery rate of added samples is 100.2%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 0.12%.It can be seen that the use of high performance liquid chromatography to detect the content of erythromycin in erythromycin enteric-coated tablets has the advantages of simplicity,convenience,and fast detection speed,and is worthy of application in clinical testing.
