摘　　要：介绍了某企业制酸尾气脱硫装置氨水配制的改造情况。该企业原采用传统工艺通过液氨储罐与氨水储槽完成氨水配制。改造后,技术人员采用吸氨器进行氨水配制,卸液氨过程和氨水配制操作方便、安全可靠。公司区域内不再储存液氨,只储存质量分数小于10%的氨水,消除了有毒、易燃、易爆介质所存在的重大安全隐患,满足安全、环保、减排的要求。The modification of ammonia water preparation in a sulphuric acid tail gas desulphurization unit of an enterprise is introduced.The company originally used traditional technology to complete ammonia preparation through liquid ammonia storage tanks and ammonia storage tanks.After the transformation,the technicians use the ammonia suction device to prepare the ammonia water.The liquid ammonia unloading process and the ammonia water preparation are convenient,safe and reliable.The company is no longer in the area of liquid ammonia storage,just store the mass fraction of<10%of ammonia,eliminating a major security risk of toxic,flammable,explosive media are present,to meet the requirements of safety,environmental protection and emission reduction.
