摘　　要：由于无镀铜焊丝的工艺装备还不够成熟,镀铜焊丝在市场上依然处于主导地位。无镀铜焊丝能够简化生产流程,提高用户的生产效率,降低焊接成本,并为用户提供清洁的工作环境,根据行业发展情况及国家环保要求,无酸碱无镀铜的焊丝是未来焊丝的发展方向。为使绿色环保无镀铜焊丝能够尽快被市场接受,形成产业,需要从生产工艺、涂层材料及涂覆工艺、生产装备、生产装备集成技术4个方面进行研究。As the process equipment of non-coppered welding wire is not mature enough,copper-plated welding wire is still in dominant position in market.Non-coppered welding wire can simplify production process,improve user’s production efficiency,reduce welding cost,and provide users with clean working environment.According to development of industry and national environmental protection requirements,welding wire without acid and alkali and copper plating is development direction of welding wire in future.In order to make green environmental protection non-coppered welding wire be accepted by market as soon as possible and form an industry,it is necessary to conduct research from four aspects:production process,coating material and coating process,production equipment and production equipment integration technology.
