摘  要:在单台水箱拉丝机上将直径2.20 mm70#镀锌钢丝拉拔至0.47 mm,测试了在不同润滑剂条件下的能耗以及成品钢丝的力学性能、锌损和防腐性能。结果表明:石墨烯改性润滑剂有助于降低拉拔能耗约15.2%,降低锌损约11.5%。使用石墨烯改性润滑剂拉拔的钢丝与使用普通润滑剂拉拔的钢丝相比,钢丝的抗拉强度略高,但扭转性能略微降低,防腐性能相当。The 70 steel galvanized steel wire of diameter 2.20 mm was drawn to 0.47 mm on single water tank wire drawing machine.The energy consumption,mechanical properties,zinc loss and corrosion resistance of steel wire were tested under different lubricant conditions.Results show that graphene modified lubricants can reduce drawing energy consumption about 15.2%,and zinc loss is also significantly decreased by roughly 11.5%.In addition,compared with the wire drawn with ordinary lubricant,wire drawn with graphene modified lubricant has slightly higher tensile strength,slightly lower torsion performance and comparable corrosion resistance.
