摘　　要：随着成品钢丝产量的增加,现有半成品拉丝设备已不适应生产需要。根据工艺要求:钢丝进线直径为5.5~6.5 mm,出线直径为2.4~3.6 mm,钢丝进线抗拉强度≤1350 MPa。设计LZ8/560直进式拉丝机1#~4#卷筒采用齿轮减速箱传动,5#~8#卷筒采用两级三角带传动,传动功率为45 kW,成品钢丝采用象鼻子收线机收线,收线速度不大于600 m/min。卷筒冷却采用水冷和风冷2种方式,模盒润滑粉采用电机减速箱进行搅拌,模盒冷却采用循环水方式。该拉丝机采用全封闭式防护系统,安全性好,噪声较低。With the increase of output of finished steel wire,existing semi-finished wire drawing machine can not meet production requirement.According to process requirement,wire feed diameter is 5.5~6.5 mm,wire outlet diameter is 2.4~3.6 mm,wire feed tensile strength is≤1350 MPa.Design LZ8/560 straight wire drawing machine No.1~No.4 capstain adopts gear reducer drive,No.5~No.8 capstain adopts two pole triangle belt drive,driving power is 45 kW,finished steel wire adopts elephant trunk take-up,take-up speed is no more than 600 m/min.The capstain is cooled by water and air two methods,die box lubricant is stirred by motor speed reducer,die box is cooled by circulating water.The wire drawing machine adopts full-closed protection system with good safety and low noise.
