可循环使用外卖餐盒的环保机制与商业模式分析

摘　　要：“可循环与重复使用”是解决外卖行业污染问题的有效思路,研究可循环使用外卖餐盒的商业应用模式,对促进中国外卖行业绿色发展与循环经济创新具有重要现实意义。对该模式的环保机制进行探讨,认为其有利于提高餐盒的物质循环利用率,且便于废弃环节责任主体与监管的集中化。同时结合企业案例,对两种可循环使用外卖餐盒的商业模式类型进行建构分析,研究发现,餐饮商家自营循环模式依靠优质的餐盒提升餐饮体验,实现溢价收割;第三方提供循环回收服务模式为餐饮商家提供餐盒租赁服务,通过规模化运作降低餐盒使用成本并创造收益。Recycling and reusing is an effective way to solve the pollution created by disposable plastics in takeaway food delivery industry.Research on business model of recyclable takeaway meal boxes is of great practical significance for promoting the green development of China's takeaway food delivery industry and circular economy innovation.This article explored the environmental protection mechanism of the model.It is beneficial to improve the reusing rate of the meal box and to facilitate the centralization of the responsible subject and supervision.Based on business cases,this article analyzed the construction of two types of business models featuring recyclable takeaway meal boxes.The results showed that the catering merchants'self-operated circulation model relies on high-quality meal boxes to enhance the dining experience and earn premium;the third-party offering circulation service model provides meal boxes rental service for catering merchants,reducing the cost of using meal boxes and creating revenue through large-scale operations.
