摘 要:采用大孔吸附树脂对工业废水中的邻氨基苯酚进行吸附及解析,并对邻氨基苯酚的回收工艺进行了研究。试验结果表明:大孔树脂吸附邻氨基苯酚废水的处理效果良好,吸附率高达97.3%,4500 mg/L的邻氨基苯酚废水1 BV/h的流速下,穿透点为350 BV;甲醇解析效果良好,两柱串联运行50 h,酚脱除率仅降为86.9%,邻氨基苯酚的回收率为98.4%。Macroporous adsorption resin was used to adsorb and analyze o-aminophenol in industrial wastewater,and the recovery process of o-aminophenol was studied.The experimental results showed that the macroporous resin has a good adsorption effect on o-aminophenol wastewater,and the adsorption rate is as high as 97.3%,And at the flow rate of 1 BV/h for 4500 mg/L o-aminophenol wastewater,the penetration point was 350 BV;The methanol removal rate was 86.9%and the recovery rate of o-aminophenol was 98.4%when the two columns were operated in series for 50 hours.
