摘　　要：增压透平膨胀机是空气分离设备获取冷量所必需的关键设备。结合兰州石化公司化肥厂4#6000空分配套增压透平膨胀机,介绍空分装置膨胀机润滑油泵启动的设备安全保护和工艺安全措施、转速限定保护、轴承保护和启动条件要求,探讨了增压透平膨胀机控制要点。Booster turbine expander is the key equipment for air separation equipment to obtain cooling capacity,combined with 4#6000 air separation supporting booster turbine expander in chemical fertilizer plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company.This paper introduces safety protection of the equipment for starting the lubricating oil pump of the expander and process safety measures of air separation unit,speed limit protection,bearing protection and start-up condition requirements for the start-up of expander lubricating oil pump in air separation unit and discusses the control points of booster turbine expander.
