摘 要:通过津巴布韦卡南水电站机组现场振动、噪声试验,对机组运行期间进水阀出现的异常振动问题作了分析与探讨。分析发现,进水阀出水边出现的卡门涡与机组运行在93%额定负荷区域以上时进水阀的固有频率发生耦合并引起进水阀共振,是导致异常噪声的主要原因。在此基础上,通过对进水阀活门出水边进行修型,改善流道运行环境,使水力激振频率得到较大改善,最终降低了涡街能量,达到了较好的错频消噪效果。该结果对进水阀设计中如何避免在工作频率范围中产生共振现象有借鉴意义。The abnormal vibration of the inlet valve during the operation of Kariba South Power Station is analyzed and discussed through vibration and noise tests in this paper.It is found that the Karman vortex at the water outlet of the inlet valve is coupled with the natural frequency of the inlet valve when it is operating in the load area above 93%of rated power and causes resonance of the inlet valve,which is the main cause of abnormal noise.On this basis,the outlet side of the inlet valve is modified to improve the operating environment of the flow passage,so that the hydraulic excitation frequency is greatly improved,and finally the vortex energy is reduced to achieve a better effect of noise elimination.This result has practical significance for how to avoid the resonance phenomenon in the working frequency range in the design of the inlet valve.
