摘  要:在马铃薯试管薯诱导的过程中,蔗糖浓度、温度和光照强度对试管薯的诱导形成具有较大影响。本试验通过研究不同蔗糖浓度、温度和光照强度对马铃薯试管薯诱导效果的影响,旨在筛选出一步法诱导最适的蔗糖浓度、温度和光照强度,用于指导马铃薯试管薯的工厂化生产。结果表明:在试管薯诱导培养过程中,控制蔗糖浓度60-80g·L^-1、温度18-20℃、光照强度80-100μmol·m^-2·s^-1时,能获得一个较好的马铃薯试管薯结薯数和结薯重,以蔗糖浓度为60 g·L^-1,温度18℃,光照强度为80μmol·m^-2·s^-1和蔗糖浓度60 g·L^-1,温度20℃,光照强度为100μmol·m^-2·s^-1的诱导4周后,黑暗诱导4周的诱导效果最佳。In the process of potato tuber induction,sucrose concentration,temperature and light intensity have a greater influence on the formation of tuber tubers.By studying the effect of different sucrose concentration,temperature and light intensity on the induction of potato test tube potatoes,it took aim to screen out the optimal sucrose concentration,temperature and light intensity induced,which could guide the factory production of potato test tube potatoes.The results show that during the induction culture of test tube potatoes,the number and weight of potato tubers can be higher when the sucrose concentration is controlled at 60-80g·L^-1,the temperature is 18-20℃,and the light intensity is 80-100μmol·m^-2·s^-1,And the number and weight of Potato tubers could be highest with sucrose concentration of 60 g·L^-1,temperature 18℃,light intensity of 80mol·m^-2·s^-1 and sucrose concentration 60 g·L^-1,temperature 20℃.After 4 weeks of induction with a light intensity of 100 mol·m^-2·s^-1,the induction effect of dark induction for 4 weeks was the best.
