摘　　要：在轮胎硫化成型中,中心机构是硫化机的心脏部分,其中,部件环座缸头若有泄漏,则胶囊压降超过工艺要求,进而影响轮胎质量。论文首先介绍硫化机中心机构的作用,而后分析在轮胎硫化过程中,中心机构环座缸头开裂失效的原因。论文主要通过材料理化性能测试,对断口进行电镜扫描分析,找出其开裂主要原因,并提出防范措施。In the process of tire vulcanizing and moulding,the central mechanism is the heart part of the vulcanizing machine.Among them,if the cylinder head of ring block in the component leaks,the pressure drop of the capsule will exceed the process requirement,which will affect the quality of the tire.This paper firstly introduces the function of the central mechanism in vulcanizing machine,and then analyzes the reasons of cracking failure of the cylinder head of ring block of central mechanism in the process of tire vulcanizing.Mainly through the physical and chemical properties test of the material,the paper analyzes the fracture surface by scanning electron microscope,finds out the main reason of cracking,and puts forward the preventive measures.
