摘  要:有载分接开关故障和绕组变形故障占变压器整体故障的60%以上,确保以上两个核心组成部分安全稳定运行对提高变压器和整个电网可靠性具有重要意义。文章介绍了基于振动声学的变压器分接开关及绕组变形诊断技术,采用加速度传感器检测振动声学信号,提出了时域分析、频域分析、时频分布以及基于小波变换的包络分析、互相关分析和能量分布曲线分析等多种分析方法,实现有载分接开关和绕组变形的在线状态监测。The failures of on-load tap changer(OLTC)and winding deformation account for more than 60%of total fault of power transformer faults.Thus,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the above two core components is of great significance to improving the reliability of the transformer and the entire power grid.The techniques for OLTC and winding deformation of power transformers were introduced.In this paper,the acceleration sensor was used to detect the vibration acoustic signal.The time-domain analysis,frequency-domain analysis,time-frequency distribution,envelope analysis,cross-correlation analysis and energy distribution curve analysis based on wavelet transform were proposed and the online diagnosis of OLTC and winding deformation was implemented.
