摘　　要：目的:构建中医医院突发公共卫生事件护理人员应急能力评价体系。方法:查阅相关文献,初步拟定评价体系,邀请专家对指标体系实施评价,根据专家意见修改,采用界值法和专家的综合意见筛选各级评价指标。结果:专家对各级指标形成统一意见,确立的评价体系包含一级指标3项,二级指标28项。结论:本研究构建的突发公共卫生事件护理人员应急能力评价体系,为医疗机构面对突发公共卫生事件培训、考核应急救援队成员提供评价工具。Objective:To construct the evaluation system of emergency capacity of nurses in TCM hospital.Methods:Relevant literature has been consulted,and the evaluation system has been initially formulated.Experts were invited to carry out evaluation on the index system.According to the experts′opinions,the boundary value method and the comprehensive opinions of experts were used to screen the evaluation indexes at all levels.Results:The experts formed a unified opinion on all levels of indexes,and the established evaluation system included 3 first-class indexes and 28 second-class ones.Conclusion:The evaluation system of emergency capacity of nurses in public health emergencies constructed in this study can provide an evaluation tool for medical institutions to face public health emergencies training and assess emergency rescue team members.
