基于治未病思想防治盆腔炎性疾病后遗症

摘　　要：盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,SPID)多由急性盆腔炎失治、失调发展而来,预防本病的关键在于注重养生调护,通过调理饮食、起居、情志、环境等因素减少疾病的发生,包括未病先防、既病防变和瘥后防复三个方面。未病先防为顺应自然,养性调神,节制饮食,适量运动,建立顺应自然规律的生活方式和作息;既病防变为病后尽早诊治,重视滋养肝肾、调和气血、调补冲任,以防其进一步加重,导致闭经或不孕症;瘥后防复为疾病初愈后,仍应给予适当的养护,纠正偏颇体质,使气血阴阳调和以防其复发,通过健脾气、理肝气、补肾虚,调理患者的偏颇体质,使机体恢复气血调畅、阴阳调和的状态。Sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID)is mostly due to loss of treatment and maladjustmentof acute pelvic inflammatory disease.The key to prevent this disease is to pay attention to health care,and reduce the occurrence of disease by regulating diet,daily life,emotions,environment and other factors,including prevention before disease,preventing disease from exacerbating and preventing disease from recurring.Prevention before disease means that people should conform to nature,nourish mind regulate diet,exercise appropriately,and establish a life style and work and rest conforming to the natural law.Preventing disease from exacerbating means that people should receive treatment as soon as possible if diagnosed,pay attention to nourishing liver and kidney,harmonizing qi and blood,regulating thoroughfare and conception vessels,so as to prevent further aggravation leading to amenorrhea or infertility.Preventing disease from recurring means that after the first recovery of the disease,proper maintenance should be given to correct the biased constitution so as to harmonize qi and blood,yin and yang to prevent its recurrence.By invigorating spleen,regulating liver qi and tonifying kidney deficiency,the biased constitution of the patients can be adjusted,so that the body can recover the state of harmonious qi and blood,yin and yang.
