扶正抗癌方联合FOLFOX6化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正抗癌方联合FOLFOX6化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌患者的临床疗效。方法:将80例晚期胃癌患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采用FOLFOX6化疗方案,治疗组在对照组的基础上服用自拟扶正抗癌方。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后中医证候积分、生活质量积分变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为37.5%,高于对照组的15.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后各积分低于本组治疗前,对照组仅胃脘疼痛、气短乏力积分低于本组治疗前,治疗组治疗后各证候积分均低于对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组吞咽困难、胃部疼痛、呃逆、口干、味觉、饮食受限、焦虑等因子评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后评分均低于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正抗癌方联合FOLFOX6化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,且不良反应较小。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Formula for Strengthening Healthy Qi and Resisting Cancer combined with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with stage between III and IV gastric cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy,and the treatment group was given self-made Formula for Strengthening Healthy Qi and Resisting Cancer on the basis of the control group.Then the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and changes of TCM syndrome score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 37.5%,which was higher than 15.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,but only the scores of epigastric pain,shortness of breath and fatigue in the control group were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the scores of each syndrome in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after the treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of dysphagia,stomach pain,hiccup,dry mouth,taste,food restriction,anxiety and other factors in the treatment group were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the scores after the treatment were lower than those in the control group after the treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions,liver and kidney dysfunction,leucopenia,thrombocytopenia and peripheral nerve abnormalities in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of advanced gastric cancer,Formula for Strengthening Healthy Qi and
