宣肺平喘方脐疗联合红外线照射对AECOPD患者肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察宣肺平喘方脐疗联合红外线照射对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)患者肺功能的影响。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年3月本院呼吸内科住院治疗的AECOPD患者60例,中医诊断为肺胀痰热壅肺证,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予西医常规治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用宣肺平喘方脐疗联合红外线照射治疗。治疗1周后,比较两组患者治疗前后肺功能[1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to predicted value,FEV1%pred)、FEV1/用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)%、FVC值]、主要症状、体征、中医证候疗效变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗后FEV1%pred、FEV1/FVC%、FVC值高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、气喘、啰音评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为86.67%,治疗组有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺平喘方脐疗联合红外线照射能改善AECOPD患者临床症状、体征,提高患者肺功能。Objective:To observe the influence of Formula for Ventilating Lung and Relieving Dyspnea for umbilical therapy combined with infrared radiation on pulmonary function of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:A total of 60 AECOPD patients treated in our hospital′s Respiratory Department from June 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was additionally treated with Formula for Ventilating Lung and Relieving Dyspnea for umbilical therapy combined with infrared radiation.After one week of treatment,the changes of the pulmonary function,including percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to predicted value(FEV1%pred),and forced vital capacity,FVC%),main symptoms,signs,and TCM syndrome efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After the treatment,FEV1%PRED,FEV1/FVC%and FVC in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration,asthma and rales in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 86.67%.The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Formula for Ventilating Lung and Relieving Dyspnea for umbilical therapy combined with infrared radiation can improve the clinical symptoms and signs and pulmonary function of AECOPD patients.
