摘　　要：目的:对针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效进行Meta分析。方法:检索的数据库主要有:中文期刊网全文数据库、万方数据资源统计、中文科技期刊全文数据库、CNKI、The Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMBASE、CBM等数据库,检索时间为2003年1月至2019年1月。检索词及检索策略为:脑梗死、脑中风、卒中后抑郁、针刺、氟西汀、百忧解等,并进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入15篇文献,脑卒中后抑郁患者1503例,针刺组755例,对照组748例,针刺组与对照组治疗前后的HAMD评分相比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。针刺组有效率为91.65%,对照组有效率为77.80%,针刺组有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效优于常规药物治疗。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture on post-stroke depression with Meta method.Methods:The retrieval databases mainly included Full Text Database of CNKI,Wanfang Data Resource Statistics,Full text Database of Chinese Sci Tech Journals,CNKI,the Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBASE,CBM,etc.The retrieval time was from January 2003 to January 2019.The key words and strategies were as follows:cerebral infarction,stroke,post-stroke depression,acupuncture,fluoxetine,Prozac,etc.Then a Meta analysis was performed.Results:A total of 15 articles were included,including 1503 cases of post-stroke depression,with 755 cases of the acupuncture group and 748 cases of the control group.There was statistical difference in HAMD score between the acupuncture group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 91.65%,was better than 77.80%.of the control group,and t he difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture has better efficacy than that of conventional medicine on post-stroke depression.
