摘　　要：对某PO/SM装置有机废碱水储存处理系统在检维修时发生的事故进行了原因分析,并从本质安全的理念出发,提出了PO/SM装置含有过氧化物的有机废碱水储存处理系统的设计对策。This paper analyzed the accidents of the waste alkaline water storage and treatment system during the inspection and maintenance period.From the aspect of intrinsic safety,the better countermeasures of organic waste alkaline water containing peroxide in the PO/SM plant was put forward which was close to the intrinsic safety design.
